Muhammad Aslam Awan

Mr. Muhammad Aslam Awan is Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP).

He has rich experience of managing audits, tax, corporate and consulting assignments for a large number organizations. His expertise also include internal audit, due diligence, assets physical verification of large scale organizations and review of Internal Control Systems.

Business and Finance Management

• Prepare a business plan, cash flow projections, budgets, and trading forecasts.
• Assess your finance requirements, advise on the best sources of finance, and draw up proposals.
• Registration of the companies, firms and other business setup with Security Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and other Govt. Departments as necessitated.
• Conduct a feasibility study of different projects including the private public partnership (PPP Mode).
• Decide on the most suitable sources of finance - personal capital, bank overdraft, long-term commercial loans and mortgages, venture capital, or equity capital and finance restructuring.

Worked as Audit Manager with Ahmad Usmand Shabbir and Co Chartered Accountants for more than (1998 – 1999) and during this period, have supervised and completed different assignments such External Audit, Internal Audit, Half Yearly Review, book keeping and other Investigations assignments for different sectorial clientele’s. Joined the Bisma Textile Mills Limited as Senior Accountant and reported to Chief Executive and Manager Finance.

Joined the Flying Group of Companies ( 2001 – 2004) as Manager Finance of the Group Company i.e Flying Paper and Board Mills (Pvt) Limited and reported to Chief Executive and Group General Manager Finance. As Manager Finance
