Muhammad Aslam Malik

Aslam Malik, Managing Partner of AMC after Graduated in Commerce from Karachi University in 1964 Joined A. F. Ferguson & Co. Chartered Accountants, Lahore for five year audit service. In 1969 he Completed Audit Service and Qualified as Chartered Accountant and became Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He Passed C.A exam in the first attempt and was one of a few students who passed their exam before the completion of period.

He joined 1969 joined Riaz Ahmed & Co. Chartered Accountants as Qualified Assistant – Manager Audit Section.

He joined 1970 Joined as Senior Accountant an American Engineering company Trans Eng. Co. (Pak) Ltd. Who were erecting and installing machinery of Dawood Hercules Chemicals ltd.

In 1971 he started practices as Chartered Accountant under the name and style ASLAM MALIK & CO. Chartered Accountants.

In 1976 he became fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.

Specialized Sectors

He has specialized in corporate financing and business process reengineering. He has completed up till now almost more than 50 financial and economical feasibilities. Such financial and economical feasibilities included market research and pre-feasibility and preparation of financial projections. He has successfully completed corporate financing projects worth more than 1 billion rupees. In addition, he has also completed under his supervision different business promotion and development assignments worth of millions rupees. Followings are the major specialized client sectors:
